Secertkit padded around the nursery,
Good-bye old home! I'll be a apprentice in a day!

"Secertkit! Honey mouse, come here!"

"Mom!" Haremoss, his mother, always called him weird names.

"But why can't I be an apprentice?" She whined. "Hawkpaw and Mosspaw are!"

"They're a little different then you sweetie." He mother paused before continuing.

(GRR MOONWATCHER ANSWER ME ON STONECLAN GRR!)

Fawnkit stepped in the den."Hey,Secretkit!"she meowed cheerily.Secretkits heart melted a little.He had always had a crush on her."Let's go play!"she exclaimed,doing a little jump in the air.

Secretkit ran towards her, trying to look big and tough, but he fell on his face.
Fawnkit purred, amused, and nudged him with her paw, "Get up, clumsy-kit," she mewed affectionately.

Fawnkit laughed.He shakily stood up,and pounced at her.She shrieked with joy as he landed on her small body.

Suddenly, Quailfeather, a new warrior, ran into camp. She yowled, "WoodClan is attacking!"
Secretkit jumped up and down in excitement, while Fawnkit looked scared.


Fawnspirit, I love the name Fawnkit! It is soooo cute! It sounds nice too. I hope that the erins use it.

Fawnkit trembled a bit.Secrekit leaned close to her and nuzzled her light brown fawn dappled coat."It's okay.I'll protect you."he meowed happily,stretching up to his absolute full height,which was a tail-length larger than Fawnkit.She purred."That's great,Secretkit."she meowed with a giggle.

Haremoss rushed forward and tried to nudge Secretkit into the nursery, but he refused to move.
"Haremoss, I'm going to be an apprentice tomorrow! Let me fight!"
"No, Secretkit! You will not fight. You will go into the nursery. You too, Fawnkit. You mother won't want you in the battle. Come inside, both of you. Now."

Fawnkit sighed as she went into the nursery.Sure she was only five moons old,but it sounded like so much fun.That's what the elders said,anyways.And with Secretkit?All the better.They sat,trembling next to each other in little balls in the back on the nursery,hearing clawing and hissing and spitting and yowling ferociously coming from outside.

finally the screeching stoped and secretkit pushed his way out of the nursery with fawnkit trembling behind him. “its ok fawnkit the fighting is over” he purred. a lot of damage had been done but dawnstar and gingerclaw (the deputy) were already ordering cats to do jobs.

Dawnstar walked solemnly, "haremoss, Mosspaw was killed."

"WHAT?! NO!"

"BY WHO?"

"Wingclaw."

secretkit heard his mother crying and asked her what was wrong. “mosspaw is dead” she chocked. “NO!” secretkit cried, mosspaw had been his favourite brother. fawnkit tried to comfort secretkit but he just pushed her off.
